Solid Seal Application Machines / Neoprene Seal Installer

The solid seal application requires machine power to place the seal inside the grooves.
We have developed two types of machines.

1) Auto powered, automatic seal application machine.this runs on petrol engine,
It places the seal at place
2) Manual applicator machine can be used for small work.

Presently we manufacture a single size sleeve to cater specifically to the RIGID Pavement requirements. However adjustments can be made in order to cater to special requirement as per client demand.
STANDARD SIZE : 32+mm diameter x 300mm long x 1.25mm thick sheath.
Dowel bar sleeves supplied shall bear the manufacturer’s name & logo.

Non standard sleeves are also available as per customer requirements.

Separation membranes ;
Separation membranes are available at various thickness , width & length.
Generally 250 GSM is recommended. Non standard sizes can be made as per customer requirements..
